Debbie's right... i think they told me they'll be in Phoenix from

like, Wednesday through Saturday or something like that... just be

happy that they are actually REQUIRED to continue learning... SOME

companies don't do that... so just be glad you're dealing with people

who know more than waht they need to know and then some to treat your

child... we were unfortunate enough to have to deal with someone

other than CT (cough cough) and I am sure I would be glad to wait a

few extra days for the band if I knew they were brushing up on their

baby head knowledge. Hang in there... you'll get it soon enough adn

you'll see how totally wonderful it is!!!!!! I'm still jumping up

and down over how perfect Tiernan's band is compared to the last one

we had... it's unbelievable. It does stink that you have to wait a

little longer, but trust me, it'll be worthwhile and comforting to

know that they're just learning more and building up their ability to

treat your little one!!! It'll be okay!!!!

Congrats though on the new band... hopefully you'll be as happy as we

are with Tiernan's!!!
