Please help the NY chapter of the ADTA on this special Gala night!!!

SPECIFICALLY

LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS FOR

A STAGE MANAGER & SOUND TECH

for

The New York State Chapter of the ADTA

2nd ANNUAL GALA DANCE CONCERT & RECEPTION

If you are intereted in either volunteering

for either of the above positions

or in some other capacity please contact

We need volunteers to help out on Saturday, December 8th for our Gala Event!!!!

Whether the ticket prices are too steep

or you have some extra time on your hands

here is a way to become involved in your New York State Chapter!

which shift you would like to sign up for!!!

There are two volunteer shifts to sign up for:

SHIFT #1) 12pm - 6pm @ Teatro La Tea

Responsibilities for shift #1 include:

-Assembling gift bags & Trick Tray items

-Setting up Trick Tray tables

-Setting up theater

-Assisting in Tech Rehearsal

-Assisting with Food Preparation

SHIFT #2) 6pm - 12am @ Teatro La Tea

Responsibilities for shift #2 include:

-Assisting with Food Preparation

-Ushering guests & Handing out Programs

-Manning Tricky Tray table

-Serving food at Gala Reception

-Bartending at Gala Reception

-Clean Up of Reception

PLEASE NOTE

**Volunteers will be working throughout the Dance Concert**

& should not expect

to be able to watch the entire show
