Hi Haidy!

I have the same problem! While I agree that this can partially be due to

food allergies, I don't think it's the whole story, for me at least. I've had

numerous allergy tests done over the years and have avoided the allergenic

foods, but still have increased MS symptoms after I eat. I haven't found any

doctor that's had an answer for this. The internal body heat that Jana's

doctor came up with is interesting and seems valid.

I'm on a fairly restrictive diet, rotate my foods, eat slower and not as much

at a meal, which seems to help.

You're not alone in this :)

are you using ASPARTAME this is in Diet foods , and drinks/
