Job Title: Creative Arts Therapist

Wage/Salary: 35-38k

Department: Behavioral Health (Child & Adolescent Girls Inpatient)

Duties include but are not limited to:

Responsible for the establishment and of comprehensive therapeutic

activity program for the assigned unit (s): Lead groups and

individual treatment which allows patients opportunities for

creative expression, promote general health and fitness and

stimulate cognitive/social functions; Participates in treatment team

meetings and document services in medical record chard; Prepares and

maintains records, reports, statistics, and quality assurance

information; Perform other related duties as assigned.

Rotating days and shifts, 2 late nights a week (until 7pm) and 1 weekend day a

week.
