Hi June,

Glad that the drug is working but sorry about the headaches that you are having. That drug is available in the U.S. I am not sure what antibiotic you are taking. It may be available in the U.S. but with a different name. I understand how miserable headaches can be as I get them from chronic sinusitis and sometimes I feel dizzy.

Take care,

Love, Norma

HI June,

Sorry to hear the vertigo issues with your new drugs. I suffer with Meniers disease and get terrible vertigo at times, it is a really awful sensation to feel the room is spinning even though I have my eyes closed! Thankfully it does not happen terribly often.

We have ben really busy today as it is 's and 's Birthday,'s first words to me this morning were, " Mummy I am Six!"

strangely did not mention his age but was plesaed with his cards and presents all the same:-)

We spent the early part of the day at Flamingo Park near Ryde, It was a beautifully warm sunny day and we walked around the park enjoying all the water fowl and other birds, The best bit was the penguins I have to admit I just love penguins!

We walked along the Lakeside admiring all the different species of duck and swan. Then was the steep climb back up the gravel path which was a little wearing with two wheelchairs and an elderly Mother in tow:-)

We were then heading off to Fort for a barbecue which was timely arranged by Carousel for this afternoon. We had invited 's best friends family along and 's Mum sister and niece were over visiting us so we called in at Tesco to get some extra food to supplement the barbecue. Then went on to enjoy a wonderful afternoon and early evening with a forest walk and playing on the beach as well as the barbecue and a chat with friends. We have not long got home and my house loks like a war zone! I really ought to be clearing up rather than sat here but Hey Ho!

I have attached some pics of the birthday girl for you to enjoy. Whilst I was working out the shrinking to size of the first one she lost her first tooth so the second pic is of my toothless birthday girl:-0

Love and Hugs
