Amazing Journey Dance Friday

Below is info on a fun improvistational and transformational dance class that I highly recommend.

It is similar to dance therapy. It is so much fun and so freeing. Its in Mamaroneck in Westchester this Friday.

But the woman named Trinity who is leading it is also doing other events in the city and the tri state area.

She did one last Saturday in the city it was amazing!

Journey Dance

Journey Dance is a joyous, dynamic and celebratory dance experience that will guide you on a deep and exhilarating journey of freedom and unbound self expression. You will be inspired by passionate world music, improvisational dance, simple sequences, visualization and vocalization.

A dance playground for adults is created for you to express yourself fully in a healthy, positive and nurturing atmosphere. Absolutely no dance experience is necessary.

This will be unlike any dance experience you have ever had! By journey's end you will be cleansed of any stress or negativity. You will feel vibrant, open, balanced and more connected to yourself and others.

Trinity is a fun, passionate and dynamic certified Journey Dance Facilitator. Sharing dance is part of her life's mission & purpose. Her love and passion for dance is outrageous and contagious!
