Neither are any of the herbs approved, that do similar jobs. LDN is usually taken at night 4 mg , because this will boost your endorphin level, it could keep you awake.If your doctor is saying no, to trying a treatment that is not approved for multiple sclerosis or the FDA for this use. You may want to try a herbal approach herbs that boost your endorphin level would be Cayenne, You Could Also Look at Capsaicin. Like anything else , you need to do other things.
