Guest guest
Sandy and everybody, I hope this helps you, you are no different than most. Your doctor can do this stuff for you , but they are scared. The proof is out there. I have posted files. You can read in the file area. If you would like to be monitored while you are experimenting, using different things. A liver enzyme test will show them. If there is any other problems going on in your body. I had pain for seven years. It is gone. I've also had terrible fatigue. It is gone. My multiple sclerosis has been with me for 10 years and now I'm reversing the problems and I can feel the difference. Pain You Should Be Trying Fish Oil with an EPA of 360 and a DHA 240. I use maintenance now , but you can do as much as 8 capsules per day 4 in the morning 4 about 8 to 12 hours later. This is your first supplement for pain. MSM is also something you should use at the same time with your Fish oil. How much I use 4000 mg per day , all at the same time I use this in capsule form your pain will be gone. Probably within a month of you using both. Fatigue , I can tell you that this was a major problem , and I addressed it with Co Q10. 1 mg per pound , this brought me back to life in a very short time did not make me hyper but changed my fatigue level. There are other things I do at the same time , which has improved it the rest of the way. I'm still working on physical energy and I am getting closer. You cannot reverse all your symptoms overnight , but you can do it. Over time , I am positive. Muscle Stiffness, Spasticity, Cramping, Numbness, bowel function can be changed fairly easily. You would use Magnesium you have to it in a certain way to find your level. You will not like how you find your level , but it will work. It also take care of your constipation, hard stools, bowel in intestinal problems caused by multiple sclerosis. How do you use it like this. Magnesium oxide 250 mg tablets take, one the first day, 2 The second day, 3. The third day, 4. The fourth day , and you keep increasing by one tablet till you get diarrhea. When you get diarrhea. It is controllable in most cases. You reduce the amount of magnesium by 2 capsules. This is 500 mg that will tell you how much magnesium. You will need per day. You will see improvement in your bowel, your spasticity, your stiffness, and your numbness. It works. I won't stop using it. So you should know my level. I take seven per day , but everyone is different. My friend takes 4 per day. And she is feeling much better. There are other things you should do calcium is very important at the same time as you use magnesium. And now , I will send you some information that I hope makes sense to you. These are some of the problems , a deficient vitamin B12 will cause. If you do it at home. There is a way , but you have to do it with a vitamin B complex. They work synergistically together. One will not work without the other and a pill for vitamin B 12 will not work at all. In most cases we cannot absorb it. That's why injections work for many. You could always have your doctor do a vitamin B 12 test to see if you are deficient. I made them to the test , and I was low. Most people are so we are not alone. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause Fatigue is different from drowsiness -- drowsiness tends to be simply the feeling of a need for sleep while fatigue involves a lack of energy and motivation as well. Drowsiness and apathy (a feeling of indifference or not caring about what happens) can be symptoms of fatigue. The pattern of fatigue may help define its underlying cause. Individuals who wake up in the morning rested but rapidly develop fatigue with activity may have an ongoing condition. Individuals who awaken with low energy and have fatigue that persists throughout the day may be suffering from depression. However, these are not absolutes. Chronic fatigue should be evaluated by your health care provider. Fatigue can be a normal and important response to physical exertion, emotional stress, or lack of sleep. However, it can also be a nonspecific sign of a medically serious psychological or physical disorder. Fatigue that is not relieved by enough sleep, good nutrition, or a low-stress environment should be medically evaluated. Because fatigue is a common complaint, a potentially serious cause can be overlooked. Numbness is a complete lack of sensation or lack of response to normally painful. Tingling is an indication of damage or irritation to the nerves. Unlike numbness, tingling suggests that the affected nerve is not completely dead or severed, just injured or experiencing pressure. Unless the cause is obvious (for example, when a hand or foot " falls asleep " because of the position it is in), you should discuss any numbness and tingling with your health care provider. Weakness may be subjective (the person feels weak, but has no measurable loss of strength) or objective (measurable loss of strength as noted in a physical exam). Weakness may be generalized (total body weakness) or localized to a specific area, side of the body, limb, or muscle. Vitamin B12 deficiency may potentiate mental illness and further damage neurons and myelin sheaths. Some patients with Alzheimer's disease and low vitamin B12 levels seem to improve with cobalamin replacement (2). Similarly, vitamin B12 deficiency may aggravate Multiple Sclerosis (2). These associations require further evaluation. An elevated homocysteine level is considered an independent risk factor for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Vitamin B12 deficiency is one known, treatable cause of elevated homocysteine levels (2,12,14). Summary Vitamin B12 deficiency affects about one quarter of the US population and is more common in the elderly and in adults with several predisposing conditions.
