Hello all,

To introduce myself, I'm Daphne, from the Twin Cities in Minnesota--I've been

getting the daily digests for a few months, trying to absorb and sort through

all the information pouring out of them.

I was diagnosed in April, though probably have had MS for a couple of years,

now that I look back. I'm a long time believer in holistic medicine, though I

do a blend of that and the traditional. The MSCured group is right up my

alley. Everything's going well for me so far.

If anyone is in the group from my area, would appreciate hearing if there's a

doctor in the area who is more open to the natural medicines/healing than my

present neurologist.

I'm still trying to figure out what to make of the LDN info. Sounds

promising, but I'm also doing the protocol developed through the Edgar Cayce

research

AND started Copaxone a month ago when those pesky symptoms just kept

progressing. The diet in the Cayce protocol is very similar to the Swank diet,

but I'm

switching now to more exactly follow the Swank diet where they differ. The

jury is still out on all of it, frankly....not sure anything is working yet.

I do have a good attitude, though...still feel upbeat and happy with life. I

figure the MS will make me take care of myself and I'll have a better life as

a result. I always did have to have something to get my attention to learn a

lesson!

Have 1 question on celtic sea salt, which I've used for years. Does it have

iodine in it? will we lack iodine if we use it exclusively? (Like calling

" Car Talk " I'm asking you to settle a family dispute!)

Just thought it was time to quit lurking and be part of the group!

Daphne
