Relief

at last

Good Morning from

London, have to share the good news with

you all, just had my first good nights sleep in 10

days, I feel like

I've been reborn!!! I cannot believe what a

miracle this new

inhaler Beclazone 200, which I got yesterday , is.

I can breathe

again. Even better this morning I coughed up

easily without

vomiting and retching as I have been. In the

back of my mind is

will it be a temporary fix like everything else

which works at first.

At the moment I'm just overjoyed to be feeling

better but I'm going

to seize this opportunity to get these lungs

clear, rest my aching

ribs and just get over the trauma of the last

week. Thank you

Nona for your detailed description of postural

drainage, I so

admire the dedication you all have to following

this routine. I work

long hours so fitting all this in and the

nebulizer is all a bit of a

struggle but I have now learnt my health has to be

given higher

priority in future. My doctor said this

inhaler is steroid based but

hopefully not as damaging as taking oral steroids.

Has anyone

else been on this I'd like to know how effective

it is over a longer

period. At least now hopefully I will be ok

for my holiday which I

need so badly. Karin let me know when you are

coming to UK,

yes maybe we could meet and chat about our lives!

Love to

everyone- June

I'm so glad to hear that you're feeling better, June!!

Darrel and I will be landing at 7am on July 9th and leaving the

afternoon of July 19th. We'll be staying in London the entire time,

at the Strand Palace, which I understand is on the Strand but

certainly is not a palace. ;) That's okay, though- when we go on

vacations, we spend very little time in the hotel, anyway- I just want

a clean place to sleep and shower. ;) We're signtseeing part of the

time in London, and part of the time in various other areas, via

bus/train/whatever- Stratford, Caterbury, Windsor, Stonehenge, etc.

So, email me, and, as it gets closer, we can figure out what days you

are available to meet! (I already have a pen pal from Wales coming

down to meet up with me one day as well!)

June,

It feels good to feel good, doesn’t

it? Hope you feel that way for a long,

long time.

June, I'm very happy to hear you're feeling better. I was interested in

your statement re postural drainage. I'm afraid I don't do it right. Would

it be too much trouble to send me a correct description of doing it

properly. Thanks to all who write with great info. Eliazabeth Ladutko
