My Update October 24, 2003. Overall , I've been doing pretty well.

My stiffness, my numbness seemed to be much better, I do go through

periods of time as the day wears on where this seems to increase

slightly , but it is manageable. My balance has greatly improved, I

am able to walk unassisted. At times I walk without holding on to

anything and I don't seem to fall over.When I do use my walker. It's

because I'm tired. Not because of balance. I Have been waking up at

six in the morning, and I seem to be going strong. Till about 1:30

p.m I'm not tired or fatigue. Things that I have noticed that are

different, I can stand in the shower for much longer period of time,

I can transfer from the shower without holding onto my walker. I

don't fall down my balances has improved , I'm able to walk, to my

bedroom. About 3 ft. away without falling over on the floor, and I

am not exhausted and I can sit on my bed without falling over and

falling asleep , i am not exhausted. The other thing I noticed , I

can get dressed much easier, i can walk into the other room. The

rest of the day is pretty good I'm going to be working on the other

areas of my body. I'm going to add another supplementp , I will be

using one to increase the oxygen in my blood , because that is the

fuel.I seem to have little choice, when it comes to , what I need.

You see , I am beefing up all the systems of my body , and Amusing

Vitamins And Minerals and the few supplements. To do this. I still

go to the doctor , but I do not take any of the medications that I

used to be on for my multiple sclerosis. I'm totally free of all

drugs. The amount of things I take to you should get an idea of how

I dedicated myself. Is staggering. Here is my regiment of how many

things I take you to see what they are, in the vitamin matrix in the

file area. My morning consists of taking 24 items. Then I take my

sublingual vitamin B-1210 drops. That is my morning, I drink about

36 oz. of water , and I amusing reverse osmosis filtered water ,

which has removed bacteria, fluoride, and many other contaminants.

It seems to go down much easier. I also use a pH neutralizer within

my water. Only seven drops. My lunchtime dosage, is 9 items, then I

take my sublingual vitamin B12 10 drops. Dinner is my last dosage.

Of the evening. I take 13 items of my regiment. Everything is

separated. Everything I do is to add fuel to my body. This is very

complicated , but it seems to be working.
