Dear Jacki and Kaitee,

I'm glad you finally found the cause of Kaitee's EN and that the Group

and I could help.

When a Mom is as worried as you were, I take notice. Jacki you are to

be commended for getting Kaitee on the road to recovery. I hope she

feels much better very soon.

Please keep in touch. I can put you on " Special Notices Only " if you'd

like the emails to stop.

After Kaitee is EN free for a year, I'd like to add her story to our

" Cured Members list "

Love,

Hi Jacki,

I set you up for Special Notices too. Anyone else want me to do it for

them?

We have info on Crohn's in our links and Files at the group site.

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/erythema_nodosum_Group/

As far as getting specific answers about Crohn's treatment and

medication, you can try the " Care Place Community " Jeff recommended:

http://www.careplace.com/groups?browse

Just type in Crohn's and register to join.

How is Kaitee doing?

Love,

Dear Jacki and Kaitlee,

You have no idea how happy your email made me this AM. I often wonder

how our members are doing, and can only hope that no news is good news.

I was 14 before I got my first period and my mom was 16 when she

started. I feel confident that Kaitlee will develop normally when

nature is ready. A mere hundred years ago women developed much slower

than they do today. It is thought to be due to the high nutritional

level we have today. Kaitlee is now absorbing nutrients due to the

Crohn's being under control and she is thriving. Height is not as

important as health. Being small and petite is lovely, and I would

not be surprised if Kaitlee doesn't grow a bit more in height as her

body adjusts to her renewed state of wellness.

Please keep in touch! I believe that many in this group have Crohn's

and have been misdiagnosed with IBS or " nervous stomach " .

Love,
