Guest guest
Hi All, We had an appoointment in Southampton to see 's lung specialist. He wsa really quite happy when w got there and when we got called in he was chatting and making his toy dog bark at the Prof when suddenly he did his stange episode again, suddenly crying, went very pale and flopy and became very distressed. It ws very good timing to collapse at the Prof's feet so to speak. He felt his pulse and said he was very bradicardic, and he felt this was more acardiac event that a respiratory one. So we were bundled off to the cardiac ward and he is now in cardiac HDU wired up to cardiac monitors and looking very washed out. They have done a simple echo and not really found anything, they are going to do a transoesophageal echo on Thursday and meanwhile monitor him ot see what happens. I am now very concerned. I have had to leave him there as I needed to get home to help with the girls. So I feel like I am split in many pieces right now. Your thoughts and prayers are a wonderful support and I am sorry to come back and ask for more but I know oyu haven't got ration books out for me.....have you????
