Just a caveat... it's not carb-free, it is low-carb and there is a huge difference. You are getting your carbs from vegetables, eggs, low-glycemic fruits, and if you eat them, dairy, When you eat this way, it is important to get enough " good fats, " as well, because in the dearth of carbs, the body switches to using fats for fuel, in lieu of carbs.
