O,

I get concerned when people raise issues about products (in your situation

not knowing the ingredients) then admitting that you didn't take the effort

to find out what was in the product. When your experiences are available for

a large group to read, all the group remembers from your message is that you

had a bad experience with the product. They don't remember the details of

your particular experience. This might cause someone who would benefit from

the product to dismiss it. It's similar to getting a false negative result

with a trial. >>

Becoming intolerant to food diversity - I have never heard of such a

thing, and I have never heard of people constantly rotating the foods they

eat to " avoid building food intolerances. " I have, heard of food avoidance,

but not the former. I need to be enlightened about that subject. One of the

premises of the products is nutrient diversity, in modest quantities. There

are no exotic fruits, veggies, grains in the product.

Larry,

It was nice of you to send us the info on Juice Plus. I also appreciate the

feedback from Olivia. You see, that's why we're here, to share our ideas and

experiences, good and bad. That's why I like this group. I'd say that we are

intelligent individuals that can make up our own minds independently. We're

well aware that one person doesn't always react the same as another. If

someone is interested in this product, I have no doubt that they will

research it for themselves.

As far as food diversity, many people rotate thier foods. Personally, each

time I was tested for food allergies, it always showed that I had become

allergic to a food I was eating all the time. My Naturopath told me that

this was common and to prevent this from happening, I should rotate my food.

Take Care,
