Heavy Metals

I was wondering if anybody has any info on the relationship of Fibro and

heavy metals? Has anybody undergone chelation? It seems like Ive tried,

or gotten rid of most other sources of toxins or infections. Guiafenisin

did help

briefly.

Thanks

Tom

search MERCURY FILLINGS for a site called Chronic Fatique Syndrome? or

Chronic Mercury Poisoning? (the url does not seem to work on its on

but will work from site)

Have you ever heard of Cilantro for chelation? I haven't tried it yet, but

plan to soon. Meanwhile, I quit anything with Aspartame.

I highly recommend you read one or two of the book at the library on

chelation. Some I have read are:

40 Something Forever

The Chelation Way

Bypassing Bypass

I read those about 6-7 years ago before I had chelation treatments done, and

I am sure there are new ones out. In each book it will tell you how to

locate a chelation doctor. Another way to locate one is to go to the ACAM

website(www.ACAM.com).

Chelation is not a fibro cure, but a way to a healthier body. You will be

amazed at the many conditions chelation has helped.

Good luck,

Jacque

Heavy metals certainly can be a source of the *total accumulated load* of

toxins and microbes. Some people in our support group have undergone

chelation therapy with good results. The heavy metals were diagnosed through

blood and/or hair testing. One lab that can test for heavy metals is

www.greatplainslaboratory.com. I'm sure there are others as well.

Please see my letter to Nettie in Chicago -- Digest Number 356 on this

list. If you don't receive that letter, please let me know and I will send

more info.

Contact the American Academy of Environmental Medicine www.aaem.com or

visit www.alternativemedicine.com and search for a doctor in your area and/or

search for chelation therapy.

Good luck and God bless,

Dear Bill,

I saw a post of Dr. Mercola's site at www.mercola.com about excess

iron that was taken from a medical journal. Just do a search on his

site for iron. Dr. Mercola's article stated that excess iron can lead

to dementia. My mother in law had loads of iron in her water and we

did not know how dangerous it was to someone's brain. She lives with

us now because her memory is bad. She also has clogged up carotid

arteries leading to her brain. Both the iron in the brain and the

clogged arteries, that cut down on brain circulation, could lead to

loss of memory.

My chelation doctor uses EDTA chelation (done through IV's)to remove

excess iron from people's bodies. The doctors often recommend the

donation of blood. If blood donation does not pull down the iron

level, then EDTA chelation does work. EDTA chelation will also unclog

the carotid arteries.

Water is needed to FLUSH out the toxins after a chelator like EDTA or

DMSA is used to PULL out the heavy metal toxin. Water does not pull

it out of the body because water is not a heavy metal chelator.

Chelators are like claws that grab hold of the toxin and bind with it

because of the molecular structure of the heavy metal and PULL it

out. Heavy metals have +2 or +3 in the outer ring (electron) of the

atom. Because 2 or 3 electrons do not completely fill out the outer

electron ring, the heavy metal becomes unstable, then the chelator

can grab hold of these heavy metals and bind chemically with them to

pull or chelate the metals out into the urine.

Any heavy metal in the brain could be a contributing factor to

dementia, or other neurological diseases. And traditional doctors

like neurologists will not test for heavy metals.

ACAM doctors (American College for the Advancement in Medicine)

www.acam.org do test for heavy metals. But you have to search to make

sure the doctor is experienced in this. Some are better than others.

The ACAM doctor in my hometown didn't even do a heavy metals test on

me even though I mentioned to her that I might be mercury poisoned.

And my memory was so bad at the time and I was so confused, I didn't

think to ask her for one.

The father of a man from my church was recently diagnosed with early

stage Parkinson's. I explained to the son about mercury and other

heavy metals. His Dad has been tested for heavy metals at the Mount

Clinic and is awaiting the test results. It is very likely

that he has excess lead since he sodered his whole life while working

at the General Electric plant. If he is lead poisoned, then his

insurance should pay for EDTA chelation treatments since EDTA is

recognized by the FDA for the removal of lead. That is the only

treatment for EDTA that the FDA recognizes. But of couse the FDA

doesn't recognize many things that are harmful. Like the dental

section of the FDA is made of entirely of pro-amalgam mercury

poisoning dentists.

Dr. Boyd Haley recently testified before the Government Reform

Committe that there is a synergistic effect on metals in the body

when there is more than one. For example, if you are exposed to the

heavy metal cadmium from cigarette smoke, then the mercury in your

body would be increased in the effects it would cause to your body.

When I was tested for heavy metals I had 3 heavy metals.

So people need to remove ALL heavy metals from their bodies. And

remove mercury poisoning dentists from working on your mouth. Get

them out of your life. I have a poster that I put in my back car

window now that states, " Warning: Your dentists may be hazardous to

your health. www.mercurypoisoned.com "

Most dentists expose patients to mercury vapor while removing mercury

fillings. And you are more susceptible to mercury poisoning when you

are on immune lowering drugs like prednizone. Do the ABC drugs also

lower the immune system?

So patients go to the dentist taking an immune lowering drug, and

then they breathe the mercury vapor while the dentists is drilling

out mercury fillings. The vapor goes right to the brain. It would

take a NO BRAINER to figure out what this would do to your brain. But

the dentists haven't figured it out yet. Neither have the traditional

neurologists nor the MS Society.

Congressman Dan Burton has figured it out. He saw how mercury

containing vaccines changed his normal 18 month old grandson

Christian into a arm-flapping and non verbal autistic child one week

after receiving 9 vaccinations at one time. 6 of the vaccinations

contained the preservative thimerosal, which is by weight 49% mercury.

Burton stated that he is going to continue holding hearings on

mercury dental fillings and mercury in medical products like in

vaccines. He said he was not going to stop holding hearings. He is

going to publish his findings and is not going to stop until he has

the mercury out of everybody's mouth in America. That is a quote from

Burton. I was there and I heard him say it.

I have the complete testimonies from the Congressional hearings on my

website.
