I haven't posted in a while because I have been following with a dermatologist. Did Minocycline for 2 months...no help, only turned my bottom teeth dark..go figure.. Anyway, I had another biopsy because he wasn't convinced it was sarcoid or EN. The bx showed either sarcoid or necrobiosis lipoidica..nothing definative. I am using Lidex cream on my leg lesions and at least it has dried them up,but the nasty redness is still there. Is this necro stuff part of EN? He is vague with his answers. Should I continue to post here even if I don't have EN? Many of my lesions look very similar to some of the photos on this site. Well, I just wanted to say hi and see how everyone is. You can still post here. :-) Just mention that you haven't been officially dx with EN. Do you have other sarcoid symptoms like breathing difficulty? Group members, pls try to remember to sign off with your diagnosis as some of us have EN and/or other disorders like PG or RA or Sarc., UC, CD etc. Thanks!
