Just a reminder that creative arts therapists can get an NPI number

for free. This number is a national provider ID# for insurance. You

can apply on line at nppes.cms.hhs.gov/NPPES/Weldcome.do. The taxonomy

code is found under the category of rehabilitative services. For music

therapists, it's 25A00000X.
