Hi Jeff aka the " mad scientist " ,

Those were great answers re your medications. If anyone ever asks

again, just refer them to the PG Forum files where I filed it for

future reference. ;-)

Went to the dermy today with Hubby. He had a dark growth on his

temple. It met all the criterion for melanoma [gulp]. The dermy takes

one glance at it and says it's nothing. I say, but it meets all the

criterion: A=Asymetry,B=uneven border, C=Color,D=dimenion. She says ,

funny about that but I can tell you I've seen many of these and it is

a simple keratosis--no biggie. Just leave it alone.

So this is to illustrate that one simply can't self diagnose even with

the internet and lots of photos to look at. Nothing beats a dr's

experience. If members think they have EN and they can see a dr, they

should find out for sure. Not only to get correctly diagnosed, but to

get checked for the most likely triggers, and to eliminate those look

alike disorders, some being quite serious.

As they say " He who is his own doctor, has a fool for a patient " --Oh,

not you, Jeff, the mad scientist ;-)

Love,

idio. EN '68
