Guest guest Posted May 21, 2002 Report Share Posted May 21, 2002 Hi Further to my e-mail last week (below) I bought masses of magnesium rich foods including raspberries (at great personal sacrifice as I am allergic to them and they are my most favourite fruit in the world) and things were much better almost immediately. A couple of people asked what she takes - she takes 90mg of Magnesium Taurate twice a day with meals. The effects of deficiency clearly kick in within days rather than taking longer.
