Hi

Further to my e-mail last week (below) I bought masses of magnesium rich

foods including raspberries (at great personal sacrifice as I am allergic to

them and they are my most favourite fruit in the world) and things were much

better almost immediately.

A couple of people asked what she takes - she takes 90mg of Magnesium Taurate

twice a day with meals. The effects of deficiency clearly kick in within

days rather than taking longer.
