Guest guest
I read three interesting books over the holidays that really opened my eyes to the various health problems that yeast, fungus, molds and candida can cause. One of the books is " The Fungus Link " by Doug Kaufman. Another one is " The Yeast Syndrome " by Dr. Trowbridge. The third is " The Candida Albicans Yeast-Free Cookbook " by Pat Connolly. These things can cause many bad health problems such as allergies, chronic cough or sinus problems, chronic pain, numbness and tingling in hands and feet, asthma, thyroid problems, can lead to cancer, etc. and can cause symptoms that mimic MS. Some of the outwardly visible signs of a systemic yeast or fungus problem are the toenail fungus, and thrush (this is a gray furry looking coating on the tongue). Candida in the digestive tract and vaginal yeast infections are two common examples. I strongly urge anyone with chronic health problems to investigate this subject by acquiring a copy of at least one of these books. People who probably have one of these conditions are those who have had chemo therapy, taken birth control pills, antibiotics, cortisone drugs, or steroids. It is easily treatable as described in these books. You can cure these problems with the proper protocol. Of course you can still get it again, but you will know how to deal with it. To get rid of it requires a strict diet for a few weeks where you eliminate all sugar, fruit, yeast products (bread), and for a time all starches (potatoes, corn, white rice). You can take these things to kill the yeast, candida, or fungus: Oil of Oregano, Olive Leaf Extract, caprylic acid, Pau d'Arc tea, a product called SF-722 (very good), organic carrot juice, garlic, tea tree oil, or the prescription drugs Nystatin, Lamisil, Diflucan and Sporanox. If you can treat it without prescription drugs you will be better off due to the side effects. Chronic sinus congestion can be caused by fungus in the nasal passages. One product made to treat this problem is a nasal spray made from grapefruit seed extract. It costs about $7. If you can kill the fungus in the sinuses, your airways will open up and the sinus drip that drains down your throat that can be the cause of a chronic cough can be cleared up.
