Regarding CEC's, any workshop, course, etc. that you attend that meets any of the categories for ATBC will count. You just need evidence that you attended, usually a letter or certificate, transcripts, etc. So, just make sure you keep all materials from any of your activities and if necessary request a letter or come with an empty "certificate" and ask the presenter to sign. The ATCB website details what you need if you look in the "recertification audits" section.
