This was a trigger for me, but not of the variety I think you were

talking about.

History is my AS husbands main specialties. It is my understanding

that the subject of history is very much a specialty for other AS as well.

So just a thought and observation for those who may have gotten peeved

that certain topics were considered taboo on this list.

One of the AS behaviors is an affinity for a certain subject

(baseball, statistical information, trains, train schedules, etc) and

AS are most comfortable in engaging that behavior. So comfortable

they cannot pick up on visual, facial, non-verbal clues that someone

else (usually NT's) have reached their saturation point with the AS

specialty.

If this is true, this discussion list would be inundated with

information, data, statistics etc in the specialty of every AS on the

list. Yes? No?
