Guest guest
From Blocks to Bridges Explore how and why “blocks” emerge in your life and what purpose they may serve. In this workshop that combines the use of intentionally focused and self-explorative art-making with guided visualization, meditative techniques, and indigenous honoring circle traditions, we will consider the possibility that “blocks” contain an essential personal message beyond the suffering or frustration that they may induce. The workshop is facilitated by Arie Kupferwasser ATR-BC, LCAT, a licensed and board certified creative arts therapist who is currently in private practice and Hunter, founder of the BlueStone Institute, and a community healer of Mohawk lineage. Anyone interested in reserving a space, please contact me (Arie) at arie8k@..., or (917)941-2406. The group is intended to be small, 6-10 people in order to respect the intimate nature of this theme. Date: Sunday, August 6th Time: 3:00 – 6:00 Place: 103 St. Mark's Place (btwn. 1st ave. & ave. A) Cost: $85 (includes 2 facilitators and materials fee) Talk is cheap. Use Yahoo!
