, Congratulations on becoming permanent. : ~ ) I can't wait to hear how sharing with your church family turns out! wrote: Hi ....I'm not going to tell anyone using public transit that I have Asperger's.. that's ridiculous for me to even conceivably think of doing. Thanks for all of everyone's prayers and thoughts. Telling everyone at my congregation will be much easier, now that my employment

situation is on a permanent basis. I feel wonderful as I type this, and my future is bright. I am considering my time at this hardware distributor as my "apprenticeship". I'm using the next few years to build my network wall of contacts for future possibilities of moving upward into a larger company. I have been working very hard on the setting of boundaries since talking to my AS/ADHD therapist/guide. I feel more and more confident of the way things are going in my life. I live in Chattanooga, Tennessee - "Scenic City USA". It's two hours from Nashville and Knoxville, Tennessee, and Atlanta, Georgia. , I like beautiful buildings, old or new, but have a lot of NT family and friends who like historical buildings. I also wrote journal entries, at least recently-- I am so excited to learn all I can about myself and other people, now that I know about AS adn NT- I think I was even more excited to learn about NT than AS, because I have been AS all my life, so there was much of it that was not new, but only the name for it was new. Well, to be fair, any complete understanding of it is new- I know about myself in detail, and love learning more about the big picture of where all the pieces fit. have you kept a journal for long, or only since learning about AS? wrote: Thank you, ... my journal needs an entry soon. Will write one tomorrow.I can tell I am also making progress in my journey, because I had a conversation with one of the city bus drivers. She was telling me about some of the more historical houses in the neighborhood and what businesses they used to be. I found that quite interesting. I love living in older houses within historical neighborhoods. I lived in another historic neighborhood a few years ago in another region of the USA, and enjoyed my experiences in there as well.> > I am looking forward to this so very much.
