I'm so glad you came to us and whined before doing something drastic

(like looking for a magic pill). Two things popped out at me. First, you

don't have much to lose. , who is just an inch taller than you, just

posted her weight and you are not far off. Please don't focus on deceptive

weight numbers. Plus, when you get closer to your ideal weight, weight loss

naturally slows down. Please don't panic. Second, you have to give taebo

some time. One month of doing it faithfully is too soon to expect drastic

changes in your body. It's better to concentrate on getting fit and the

weight/inches loss will follow. Maybe if you start concentrating on the

inner changes and changes in how you are feeling (I hope) in increased

confidence and stamina, it will be easier to get through the next couple of

months. We are here for you.

I havent been doing Tae-bo that long but from everything I have heard, it

sounds like you are gaining weight from muscle and someone correct me if Im

wrong you have to burn calories to develop muscle and then you burn fat and

muscle weighs more than fat. ssssssssssssoooooooooooooooo,,I wouldnt give up

hope yet, now Im going to tell yall I have been doing it for 2 weeks now and

I feel like a f0ot ball player cuz I have developed big ol muscles in my arm

, but I feel great so yall Im going to give it a serious year and then after

that I will probably still do it cuz I feel great since Ive been working out

This is so true, my dh tells me this all of the time, your body goes into

shock in a way when you dont eat 3 meals a day and its harder to burn

calories that way and he should know cuz he is 165 pds and 5.11

Hey I beat all of yall on that one 44 bust and 42 hips and I dont want it

anymore
