There has been speculation on the board before that PSSD has got more to do with norepinephrine disturbances than dopamine. And there is some data in the literature in which PSSD can be reversed in mice with SNRIs, though they used older tricyclics. But I'm very skeptical too. Cymbalta is a pretty " hardcore " drug from what I've heard. Like Effexor on steroids. How many cases do you know of in which PSSD was reversed by it? Any links?
