I just found out about this yesterday, so suggested the MM w/o the fenugreek. Will see what happens with that. Thank you so much for your suggestions. They are very helpful and much appreciated!!

Jan,Did she try the MM w/o the fenugreek? I think I would be inclined to use the silybin (capsules) bc I think everyone needs liver support. And I have never seen a reaction to milk thistle. I am also a fan of using teas, rather than capsules or tinctures. If mom has no problem with MM, I would probably just keep her on that and add silybin so long as I did not think anything else required attention. If her supply is abundant with the herbs, fine, but if it is always teetering, I would probably add shatavari or mulungay. Obviously, I would add goats rue if I thought ductal development were an issue. You already have some of my favorites in the MM--blessed thistle, nettles and fennel, so unless you were going to switch to a tea, that's what I would try. In a tea--I use all the herbs except milk thistle, shatavari and mulungay. They are wonderful together. I would also be paying attention to fat soluble vitamins, EFAs and phytonutrients.
