Guest guest
Hi, glad i stumbled across this group, i have many days of post reading ahead of me *aplologies in advance for my long, poorly written and somewhat random introduction haha* I've been off SSRI type medications for about 6 months, having been on and off the medication since the age of 16 (currently 22), originaly prescribed for severe anxiety. As a result of this medication over the years ive been experiencing constantly worsening PE, libido and lethargy as well as depression , things i NEVER had an issue with before starting medication. Mechanicaly things are working fine, but i very VERY rarely have any desire for sex, which has been getting worse and worse over the past 3 years. When i do somehow find myself in a sexual situation, then i have to deal with PE. The PE is somehting i developed early after stoping my first course of Aropax after 1 year, noticing that a few weeks after cesing the drug that my sexual stanima had droped to EMBARESSING levels, where as before using the drug i had no isuess. The main reasons i have persisted with aropax over the years, were soley to have a semi normal sex life. unlike most people i find aropax has positive efects on my function, gaining and maintaining erections with ease, sometimes unwanted, and extending my performance into the 1-2hr mark as opposed to the <1 minitue mark. I noticed the lethargy at about 18, which continues today. I find myself tired all the time, i feel run down wether on holiday or working. Also i find it impossible to gain muscle, with correct nutrition and training (been in the gym since 15yo) i have to really work just to keep what i have. So after doing alot of research recently on what i have been taking 1/3 my life and the symptoms im experiencing, ive realised that my primary problem (among the many others) seems to be low testerone. After having three doctors flat out refusing to give me testerone tests i managed to convince the fourth after much coaxing and i am finally going in for the blood test next week. But being in australia, are there any options actually avaliable to me? TRT isnt avaliable here and im not sure if theres anything locally they could do? Currently Im taking tribulus extract twice a day and zinc at night, which help a small amount. But with my current mindset i'm seriously considering taking an extended holiday and moving to thailand for a year or two to be on TRT, soley for the chance to feel normal agian, that's how bad im feeling in my current situation. Sorry agian for the long winded post, but there's not really alot of places you can talk openly about these sorts of things. Cheers
