It is #23 on the document list in the files section. I have seen it every time I

looked for it since someone asked if it had been forwarded.

Hi Ladies,

I have removed the white paper since it is already under revision. We discovered some embarrassing errors, mostly in typos, nothing that changes content. As soon as it is fixed I will put it back in the files. If you have any suggestions for improvements let me know asap.
