Guest guest Posted October 1, 2000 Report Share Posted October 1, 2000 Hello Everyone, Hey, I love the instructional video w/ the live 4pack set, the explanations of the moves etc. was so much better then in the original..I got so much more out of this tape then the other..I also love the live tapes...I like too that there is every shape and size, and age of folks working out..that is so neat... , I saw ya on the tape..How cool..are you tall or does the tape just make it look that way..I think its neat to know someone on the video..makes the workout more fun..You did an excellent job... Also, question how long on average did it take everyone to be limber enuf to stretch all the way to the floor during the warm up and cool down exerizes..I get a little frustrated cuz I can't reach my toes or put my body all the way down to the floor, I know its a matter of stretching my hamstrings and getting those back into shape and I'm not pushing it cuz I don't want to pull anything (ouch) but I envy everyone in the video who can stretch so far...almost into the splits...
