With all of my supplements, I've been using a pill tray with removable pill boxes containing four compartments for each day. I take two compartments of pills and supplements in the morning and two in the evening. This way, I don't have to think too much about what I'm taking -- just throw a handful of pills into my mouth and wash them down with plenty of water. Thanks to a pharmacist friend, I've got four of those trays, so I can lay out my pills and supplements once a month. That's the only time I have to really be conscious of what I'm taking. It's a hell of a lot better than opening separate pill boxes each time I take a dose. I guess I've been taking multiple pills and supplements so long that it's become part of my life, and I'm just thankful that I don't have to take any pills on an empty stomach or do injections or IV drugs, as I have in the past. I know it's harder for those of you who haven't had to take any medications before. When I've attended lectures sponsored by pharmaceutical companies in the past, they've sometimes given these trays away. Maybe can persuade his sponsors to supply some of these trays next time he comes to your city!Just Do It wrote: I had meds for several conditions even before I was diagnosed poz. With theaddition of more pills in my box I had to trade it in for a newer, fanciermodel with a AM/PM pockets. I know this sounds stupid, but sometimes

changeslike this can make me feel like I'm ever so slightly losing control of myfreedoms. Then again, I have to remember that to stay healthy helps me stayindependent. So if you're looking for a kick-ass pill box get an AM/PM one!P.S.: I also have daily vitamins that come in morning/evening packets and Iwouldn't have it any other way!
