I have seen several people talk about mindsoothe jr, but also saw that there is

a supplement on the site that I use for my dd's inositol. It suggests using

amino acids for anxiety. To be specific, it consists of tyrosine, glutamine and

glycine. Has anyone used this and if so, has it helped at all?

Thank you for your experience with NT's! I will definitely check out the sites

you gave, and look into what they have to offer. We have been doing Inositol,

though a low dose, for about 6 weeks, but wanted to look into other things.

Might try to bump up the inositol and see if it helps more,we do see a little

difference. Thanks so much!

We use neurotransmitter supplements which I have been told are the same

thing as amino acid supplements but their " sameness " or " relationship "

escapes me. I know that neurotransmitters are often referred to as

hormones, such as serotonin, gaba, etc. I went down this path due to my

youngest PTSD, which NT rebalancing is prescribed for (see

http://www.child. tcu.edu/Secondar y%20Pages/ Amygdala% 20and%20a%

20Hard%20Place

%20.pdf) and ended up having my OCD daugther's tested as well. Her NT's

were way out of balance from the stress of OCD and some gut issues. We have

not been on inositol and NT supplements since March 1. If you would like

further information email me off list or seek membership to

alternativehealingp eds yahoo group or go to www.neurogistics. com.

Cheers,

Jane
