He then said they are a little on the low side and recommended I do more exercise. I am in pretty good shape too and exercise periodically. I don't get how these values can be good. One thing I should mention is I took the test at 11:45 AM instead of 8 AM which is the time I was supposed to take it. I kept telling him the values include elderly men and my values should be at the upper end of the scale for testosterone. I'm going to an endocrinologist to sort this shit out.
