Guest guest
cdeans56@... says "I'm for the first time in 20 years having really adverse reactions to new meds. "T cells are stable around 400" This Truvada, Viramune Kaletra combo is an odd one .... But first, starting Viramine with T cells at 400 for men, and 250 for women, is associated with a high risk of liver troubles. You should be watching LFT's closely at the start of the treatment. Meanwhile, as I posted past week, the Norvir part of kaletra is tough for the liver to break down, you may need some NAC - cysteine - and L-glutamine support during the adjustment period. Still get your liver checked before starting this though. Why did you not do a Sustiva and Kaletra blend, plus Truvada ?
