This Truvada, Viramune Kaletra combo is an odd one .... But first, starting Viramine with T cells at 400 for men, and 250 for women, is associated with a high risk of liver troubles.

You should be watching LFT's closely at the start of the treatment. Meanwhile, as I posted past week, the Norvir part of kaletra is tough for the liver to break down, you may need some NAC - cysteine - and L-glutamine support during the adjustment period. Still get your liver checked before starting this though.

Why did you not do a Sustiva and Kaletra blend, plus Truvada ?
