If you click on the link that Vornan has, it will take you to a page that will let you fill out a variety of forms. What you want to do is scroll down to where it says " BEGIN " and click on that. You'll then be able to choose whether you want to sent it by snail mail, online or some other way that I forgot! LOL! Ahhhh, you'll all figure it out, if I did, well, y'all know what I mean. I just wanted to be sure y'all got through to the correct form for PRODUCTS and not for DEVICES. Even the form for the product ENDS with questions about devices!!! It's wierd, but what else should we expect, eh? Sorry to be such a " board hog " today, there just seems to be so many posts with my name or I feel I can help with. I'll get to yours next Vornan...LOL! Thanks again for posting that link. I REALLY feel better knowing I got to put my " two cents worth " in. EVERYONE THAT TAKES AND SSRI~! It could be a " sicky " or " pinned " to the Hone section so after a new member sees what this board is all about (althought it's SO self-explanatory), they could go back and do the form. OR Maybe you could make it look like one of the Yahoo tips like the " 360 degree " one to the left...whichever. But that form is not only beneficial to THIS site's subject, it is beneficial to several others.
