Sure sounds like a rough work schedule.  No fun at all.  Do you pack a

lunch?  If you do you can take them in a plastic bag or little container and

put in refrigerator with a sandwich and then add them to the sandwich.  If you

did a stir fry at night and made more you could take it at lunch the next

day.    You are just going to be too tired to do much of anything on that

schedule.  You need a wife. LOL.  That is what I used to say.  My DH did cook

for me when I was working and he was home.  I met him when I was going back to

college and when we married he did the cooking. I was working and then going to

school and doing homework, about your kind of schedule.  I would fall asleep in

class at times or almost and eat candy bars to say awake another 50 min.  You

know how the sugar high and lows are, not good.  With him cooking, too, I added

on some pounds.  We ate out quite a bit too.

I still work outside the house. I left at 4:30 A.M. and did not get back home

until 8:45 P.M.Most days it's a little less, but at least 10 hrs. away from

home.I did start some sprouts, but they got too big ( the rabbits liked them

anyway).I just haven't figured out how to take them with me, in a meal. I'm

always on the run.Got home, just too tired to cook.Angelika
