Hi everyone!

I wanted to let you all know that incase you haven't seen it we have a new

website at www.gr-ds.com. I think it looks great and wanted to let you all

know its there and see what you think about it. Also while you are there,

can you take a moment and write your comments about our process here, it is

so beneficial to people that are trying to decide which surgery to have.

One more thing, I need to let you all know that, although we know that you

develop very strong bonds on line and that you all want to encourage and

support each other throughout this process, it is an absolute must that we

maintain complete patient confidentiality. Therefore we ask that you not

call requesting patients last names, appointment dates and times, or for any

information related to other patients. This has always been the rule of

thumb in the medical community but recently the federal government put new,

stricter guidelines in place for all medical providers and hospitals and we

are obligated to abide by those rules. So please dont feel we are being

stubborn if we can't tell you if you can scedule an appointment the same day

as an on-line friend or if the hospital staff wont direct you to a patient

you know only by the first name. Its for all of our protection.
