I think you've got some good thoughts here and summarizing a few below

with a couple of other thought:

First, diagnosis:

Check for things like anemia, thyroid problems, low testosterone (which

is a bit low even if just in the normal range), DHEA level and liver

function. Also, look at ALL the drugs you are taking; some may cause or

exacerbate fatigue; look at liver toxic drugs.

Second, interventions:

Diet and exercise

A good, potent, iron-free multivitamin, like Opti-Pak

B12 shots or daily sublingual along with a B complex

DHEA - up to 400 mg/day (start with 50-100)

CoQ10 (200-400 mg/day)

ThiolNAC - a mix of NAC 500 mg and alpha lipoic 200 mg; 3 per day (good

for the liver)

Testosterone replacement may be a good idea

Essential fatty acids like evening primrose may help; eating more

fish; Fatty fish (such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, tuna, cod and

halibut) are a good source of omega-3 fatty acids

You might also consider " Eleuthero " (formerly known as Siberian

ginseng). But not if you have high blood pressure. It gives me a very

nice energy boost.

Other things to consider for you liver function include silymarin (milk

thistle or artichoke) and there are also some Chinese herb blends that

may help. Sho Saiko To may be a good one to try with chronic hep

B.

I hope this helps!

I forgot to add a complete cardiovascular work up to

make sure that your heart is OK. Fatigue can also be

caused by heart and cardiovascular disease
