I used to pack salads in a jar for my daughter's lunch, but I never thought to

add the dressing to the bottom of the jar-very clever! I always just sent a

smaller container with the dressing for her to add when ready to eat. She LOVES

tabouleh salad made from quinoa-she wraps it in big lettuce leaves with LOADS of

spourts...also likes egg salad and sprouts on a lettuce " wrap " .
