Guest guest Posted December 14, 2011 Report Share Posted December 14, 2011 Hello allWas wondering if there was a major difference between buying gf bread flour and making your own with xanthum gum and baking powder?The recipe book I use (AiA cookbook) calls for baking powder and xanthum gum.
