Guest guest Posted October 19, 2005 Report Share Posted October 19, 2005 of course, somebody else may have pointed out the obvious, but i haven't seen it posted it here yet. you don't really need to worry about crypto that much if your t-cells are above a certain point (probably 250-500) since like most non-hiv-ers your body will naturally fight it off like it fights off many other organisms/diseases/viruses that you are more susceptible to when you have lower t-cells. That being said, though my t-cells have risen above 500 from 7, I still drink filtered water and restrict my intake of unfiltered water...though i don't get too obsessive about it!
