If I want bones for broth, I now have to order them (and pay for them). He sells wild rabbit - but the livers have been thrown away! I told them they wouldn't get away with that in France. Now I need to ring up every butcher in the city and find out which ones still have bones.And they are now packing up more and more meat in vacuum packs - very unappetising and you can't see what the meat is like.
