We have a video called " Elmocize " that is all about exercises from Sesame

Street. It has recently become one of Allie's favorites and she tries to do the

exercises. One of the great things about it is that it has songs and pictures of

what they are exercising. She seems to gain a lot of body awareness from the

video.
