.....just a hello from Sydney, I am an openly gay guy, openly poz to

most people who know me.

Have been poz for at least 14 years, and was very active (politically

and socialogically) for the first three or so years, have settled down

a bit now though.

Am currently undetectable (for the last 12 months) but CD4's have been

way low (stll around 150).

Looking for insuights aboiut how everyone else is doing, and how you go

about it.
