Guest guest
Hi all, I would like to start a general discussion on farmer's walks. I have never done them; don't know anyone that does them. I am interested though to hear your thoughts and opinions. What are they best for? How do you setup the training session? What equipment do you use, prefer or advise the use of? Do you do deadlifts with them? What dangers should I be aware of? What do they most benefit? How should they be implemented within a workout? What distance do you walk and with what loading? Straight line walks are circular? Unbalanced weight for core work? etc etc. I found this link to some handles. http://www.atomicathletic.com/store/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=SUT002 What do you think of these? Feel free to wonder off on any tangent. All the best Sharah Sydney Australia
