Nothing here of critical importance. But I've seem some posts with

my " dh " or " ds " many times, but I have no clue what they (and others)

stand for. Can someone tell me what they mean? Is there a cheat

sheet I should be using?

I know what LOL means (and I'm tired of seeing it), and I've been in

chat sessions peppered with LOL, LMAO, ROTFLMAO, but these I don't

know.

TIA ;-)

I had to learn these too when I began using the internet. Hope I've

got them about right:

ds - dear son

dd - dear daughter

dh - dear husband

Any more?

dk = dear kids

I really don't know how these started, with the 'dear' thing.

LMAO = laugh my a$$ off

ROTFLMAO = rolling on the floor laughing my a$$ off

Here's one I don't know that's on this list a lot: pdoc. I assume is either

psychologist or psychiatrist?
