Re: Independent Assessments - to prove Child should stay in mainstream school

I was told by the local Parent Partnership Service (Cambs) that you can't move a

child from mainstream to special or back the other way without the LA doing a

new Statutory Assessment : ie they have to have evidence and folloe legal

procedure before they do this.
