I went through a nice bokashi period where I used a drinks cooler with spigot for initial fermentation, and a dug-into-ground digester for composting, and it worked very well. I had to scale back because we moved and the current place isn't somewhere I can have the bokashi compost digester. It's definitely a bit more hands-on than composting and one needs an affection for molds and bacteria. You're more than welcome to e-mail me so that no one here gets bored lol.
